How long is the licence?+
It depends on the park: 20 years at Cornish Meadows and Golden Beach, up to 30 years at Waxham Sands, 20 years for holiday homes and up to 30 years for lodges at Azure Seas, 50 years at Padstow, Sun Haven and Green Hill Farm, and up to 50 years at Penmarlam Lodge Retreat. For Herdwick Croft Holiday Park in the Lake District, ask our team for licence details.
When can I use my holiday home?+
Whenever you like during your park’s season, which ranges from 7 to 12 months depending on the park and holiday home.
What are the site fees?+
Site fees start from £3,650 a year including VAT (2026) and cover ground maintenance, street lighting, site security, on-park Wi-Fi and refuse collection. They rise with inflation and are confirmed every November. Typical upkeep, including water, gas and electricity, starts from £1,000 a year.
Can I let my holiday home?+
Our fully managed Love To Let service is available at most parks, and Azure Seas owners can let privately. Golden Beach is an owner only park.
Can I bring my dog?+
Yes, our parks are dog-friendly, and Padstow Holiday Village, Green Hill Farm Holiday Village and Waxham Sands have dog agility areas.
What if I change my mind?+
You have a 10 day cooling off period after paying your deposit, plus a 30 day money back guarantee after taking ownership. Terms apply.
